Spring Forest Bathing experience
Slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with nature during a gentle guided forest bathing walk.
Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice Shinrin-yoku, is about immersing yourself in nature to support mental and physical wellbeing. Rather than hiking or exercising, the focus is on slowing down and mindfully experiencing the forest.
Research shows that spending time in nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and increase feelings of calm and relaxation.
Your guide, Susana, is a certified Forest Therapy Guide trained by the Forest Therapy Hub. During the walk she gently guides the group through simple invitations that help you connect with nature through your senses.
The experience lasts about 2 hours and covers no more than 1.5 km at a slow, relaxed pace. Activities may include mindful walking, quiet observation, listening to natural sounds, and simple awareness practices. No special fitness level is required, and you are always free to participate in your own way.
